A Great Read......The Future Door

This book, The Future Door (No Place like Holmes vol. 2) By Jason Lethcoe, is such a good book that after I read it my children took turns reading it as well. So I decided to get their opinion before I posted my review. Griffin and uncle Snodgrass are spending the summer together and what a summer it is. Uncle Snodgrass is building a Time machine. The machine can transport someone into the past, present and future. But when the time machine is stolen, Griffin and his uncle must try and save London and the world in the future. Will. The future be saved? Read the book to find out. This book was great as a stand alone book. However, my children loved it and are anxious to read the first one in the series and hope for more books to come. I received this book free from the publisher through the BookSneeze book review bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. This sweet little book, Thank You God for Blessing Me, written by Max Lucado tells how God blesses you every day in every way as told by Hermie the Caterpillar. Children and adults will appreciate this simple story and beautiful pictures as we are gently reminded of how great our God is and how he blesses us every day. This would make a great gift to add to a child's collection. Sunday school teachers and daycare providers will also be thankful for this book as children will ask to be read to again and again!

Sheila tells her own personal story as well as incorporating stories of trust from the Bible. If you read this with an open heart, you will be able to find the ability to trust yourself and God a little more. Great read - try Book Sneeze and you can find a great read too!

GREAT GIVEAWAY FROM ONE SIMPLE COUNTRY GIRL

Okay! I was over at One Simple Country Girl who is having a wonderful giveaway.
She wants you to leave her a comment and post her giveaway to your blog.
Sound easy right?!
Well, I have tried unsuccessfully to create a link to her page and have instead become quite frustrated. So I have given up trying to post with the picture she has
(which is quite cute by the way!)
And I am going to tell you to just find her blog, head to her page and enter her contest!
Sorry, I'm not much help but you just have to go there and see her cute giveaway.
Her blog is great too! I took one look and became a follower.
Now if only as a newbie to blogging, I could figure out how to link to other blogs!
Oh well, it was fun for the experience even if I don't win!
